I posted this earlier and nobody actually probably read it, but just assumed it was a "general discussion" thread, but it's a customer service related issue and I would really like a response on it.

I moved that post as it's far more likely that a Community rep will see it in General than here, Misato.

This forum covers ingame issues, we have very little contact with Blizzcon related matters.
