Can anyone who has ever done an account recovery e-mail, please show me the format....Blizzard doesn't have one so I made a few mistakes apparently...

This is all I included in my e-mail

Battle.net Account Name: M******@hotmail.com

World of Warcraft Account Name: WoW 2

First Name: *****

ZIP Code: 928**

Last Name: San****

Country: United States of America

Address: 2130 *******

Phone:951-***-****

(cont.): _______________________________

Email: M*********@hotmail.com

City: Corona

New Parental Control Email*:

State/Province/Region: California

I edited it with '*'s for safety. Also I attached a birth certificate and they said they were unable to read the copy....The signature of my name is in Cursive...Could that be the problem?

They say to use all of this, http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&tag=bnettouform&rhtml=true but some of the stuff doesn't apply and or I can't do in an E-mail like E, F, G.

For E would I simply just say *I attached a Birth Certificate*?

For F, I don't need an account transfer...

For G how would I print my name in an e-mail :3?

Come on Blizzard D: you're killing me here...

I was afraid of that - as I told you yesterday, that was very fuzzy.

Whatever you send in as ID does have to be legible to us here to be useful :)

The ID I can fix mainly, but my main problem is the format of the e-mail...They don't exactly show how to set it up and I figured they'd send me a response on how to set it up.

Am I missing anything besides what I had in their?

Far as I could see the information looked ok, it was the copy that was just about illegible - I couldn't read portions of it when I checked for you yesterday.

Do you know what needs to be actually seen? So I can do a little bit of editing in photoshop to make everything clearer

Do NOT edit in photoshop. If you send in something that is doctored, the next request will likely be the same information - notarized.
