My boyfriend account ban...

hi sir,

my boyfriend account was banned for no reasons. we stop playing wow for 2 years and wanted to get back to wow as FFxiv was way too boring.

he tried to log in to the account a few months back but needed a authenticator. finally today he is able to log in but it indicated account banned.

why!!. please help, we do have the original cd key for WOW. we have everything including email , password and security questions. now i can log in but he cant. please help.

It sounds to me like your boyfriend's account may have been compromised during his vacation from World of Warcraft, Lovegood. You may want to have him use our Account Recovery form - otherwise, he will need to contact Account Administration at [email protected] for further assistance.

I may be able to provide you more specific advise if you can give me a name and realm of one of his characters, though!

I'm afraid he will definitely need to either contact Account Administration or our Billing & Account Services department, in the case he is still unable to access his account.
