R-A-F in Cataclysm

Well I wasn't to sure where exactly to post this or if this was the right place but i figured this would be best suited.

I was currently wondering if there was any official confirmation from a blue that R-A-F will be active for goblins/worgens right at the release of the expansion for the bonus XP. I wasnt sure if it would be due to server first achievements for the two races and it wouldn't be fair to others who are NOT going to spend the extra money to do so. Thanks for any and all help! :)

RaF will work for any class able to be used by the account that was recruited. So, if your recruit upgrades to vanilla, TBC, WoTLK, and Cata strait off the bat, then yes, the RaF rewards would be able to be used.

At this time we don't have any information on the system being altered to not allow RaF benefits for those using Cataclysm accounts, Shammyglam. Unless it is stated otherwise, at a later time, you should be able to receive all benefits from the Recruit-a-Friend program even with a brand new Cataclysm account. ;0)

But I don't feel like shoveling out all the money to upgrade to every expansion just to try and do so and wasn't to sure if blizzard would temporarily disable it or not.

Only your main account would need to be upgraded to Cataclysm, Shammyglam. The secondary account being used as a tool to receive the triple xp on your main account.
