Recruit a Friend - Gift levels retroactive?

Hi,

I just got off the phone with billing support and they sorted out an issue where my RaF wasn't linked properly (the common "two accounts" issue). Everything is working now but the rep indicated he was unable to retroactively grant my friend the gift levels he had earned to give to my toon. He is now level 41 so that's about 19 levels that I have lost due to this. The rep suggested that it "wouldn't hurt" to put a post up and an in game ticket, but not to hold my breath either.

Since everything else is working right now, it's not the end of the world (just disappointing!), but I'd really hate to not be able to ever get those 19 levels put onto his character for my use... Is there any way this could be done?

The Billing representative you spoke to was correct in this case, Sabina.

As these levels were gained outside of the Recruit-A-Friend link they cannot be retroactively granted. On that note, any grantable levels gained from this point on must be granted before the Recruit-A-Friend link expires. If any grantable levels remain once the link expires they will be lost.
