I would prefer to only have this answered by blizzard if possible.

I was wondering if its possible to transfer my brothers paladin to my account if we have seperate battle.net accounts.

Not possible, Bowchickawow. As part of a requirement, you may only transfer a character of a battle.net account if you are the registered owner of the second battle.net account.
