Extreme latency in dungeons

Okay, so I have 23 fps outside of dungeons and no lag at all, nothing is wrong, no delays. Then I get into any dungeon and my latency jumps from around 200 to 5-6 thousand and I eventually disconnect. The downloader is not doing anything, I have no programs running in the background, I could play fine about 3 hours ago.

So far I have been in two dungeons to see if the problem was just Gnomer, but I also lagged out in SM so it's not just the single instance.

I have ALL my settings set to minimum, no sound turned on, nothing.

If anyone knows what the problem is, please feel free to let me know.

Have you tried a full reset UI yet?

I'd try that, and test this prior to adding back ANY addons. Do let us know if it doesn't seem to make a difference.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.

More detailed instructions for different operating systems, including Macs are here.
