Question about escalated ticket.

I put in a ticket a few days ago, and it was escalated shortly after. It has now been escalated for 4 days, iirc. A friend put in a similar ticket on a different server, and it was acted upon within 48 hours. Just wondering if it's possible that mine is bugged.

Your petition is in an escalated queue, Yawp.

Just leave that open on your end until a Game Master can look into your request. I really couldn't comment on the difference between the two petitions, but it's always possible there were substantial differences that may not be readily apparent.

Could your friend's guild perhaps have had a questionable name? One that WE asked them to change? That would be one explanation. In any case this will be in queue until we address this for you, or you close it from your end.
