Well, I do see where we recommended a full reset UI, Xaikar - and that, that didn't seem to help.
I also note however, as you described it, I don't think you did the full procedure. I'd go ahead and make sure that's done fully, although I think in this case it's likely going to take intervention on our part to resolve this for you.
Make sure you address all three folders WTF, Cache and Interface, not just one or two.
Now, your current petition is in our technical support queue. They will need to look into this further for you. I don't believe there is anything else you can do from your side at this time.
