Cards been used??

I just bought a 60-day Pre-Paid game card from wal-mart, Scratched the back off and Put the code in on my account and It said the card has already been used? so I tried a few more times and It kept saying the same thing. SO I took it back to wal-mart and they said Since it has been scratched off they couldn't take it back so I'm here left with no other option but to talk to you guys, I have the receipt and everything and the card number is <removed> I have no Idea whats going on can you please help & Thanks a Bunch.

First, please don't put a number like that on the internet. I realize you think it's not working, but should there be something like a typo involved -you just gave it to the world.

I'd contact Billing on this, there really is nothing a Game Master can do to help you with this type of issue.
