Can someone please tell me how to stop the endless harassment my friend and I get by a player. My friend has submitted four tickets now because every time he logs on this player will not stop following him and calling him vulgar names. He can't even play anymore. Will blizzard ever do anything about this or just let this continue like they have? Bullying should not be tolerated, what happened to blizzards strict rules? Someone please help!

I've taken care of the names for you, Catiah. Not everyone knows, so I prefer to give others the benefit of the doubt and allow you to be educated on the policies. >^.^<

Ewing has really laid out the best advice for the situation. I do wish you and your friend the best and our Game Masters will be with you as soon as possible.

Q u o t e:
How many tickets have to be posted before action is taken?

The action varies upon severity of the situation, and on verification of the harassment in question. So long as we can verify harassment occurred, action will be taken. In many cases, we try to provide education to players that have never been actioned. We do want everyone to play, and to play nicely with one another. However, if they don't "get the picture," and are actioned successively, the penalties accrue and become harsher.

So, to answer your question, only one should be necessary before any action is taken, but if a player continues to be a pest after that, please continue to petition so that we can continue to investigate and take further appropriate action.

If you're curious as to how penalties stack up, I've also provided a link to our 'Penalty Volcano' below. >^.^<
