I am getting the message "Another copy of the Blizzard Downloader is already downloading that file to that location" when I try to log on. When I press OK it just shuts down and I can't log on. Please help.
Hi Rosebud, I’d like you to try running the Launcher and click on Options. Uncheck all of the boxes, then restart your computer. Try the game again afterwards. If that doesn't resolve your issue please try posting in Tech Support: (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.html?sid=1&forumId=11110).
