since i have until mid November to post, figured I would give a heads up on the issue, for others trying to cancel and would like to explain why.
I'll just email my comments in, but i couldnt find a proper place to send them. the phone service is packed and useless. is there a way for me to send the comments in and have them associated with the account to make processing effective?
I don't expect much to come from reading the response, but I would certainly feel better to know that the people that need to be aware, are fully aware of why people are quitting. (here i am assuming more are leaving for similar reasons, namely persistent game problems that do not get fixed, and just the pushing of unpolished content)
the service reps, and forum mods have always seemed to put in a good effort, the problems just never seem to be resolved and can only assume it is the higher ups. So if you could please respond with the proper destination for my comments it would be appreciated.
