WoW account already merged with battlenet???

I have to post this using my brother's account since I have no way of accessing mine right now... Here's the deal. I made an account way back, played for a while, then stopped. Today I bought myself a game card to get playing again. I log on to the site to add the prepaid card, and when I go to sign in using my user name, it tells me that I have to log in with the battle.net account that it is merged with. I stopped playing before this account merging business began...

Now, I understand that they are now merging the accounts, as I said I am on my brother's right now so I understand the process. But to my surprise, it has apparently already been done with my account. I have no way (that I have found so far) to see what battlenet account it has been merged with, and am quite perplexed...

When I log into my battle.net account, it shows my Starcraft 2, but no World of Warcraft. I requested a password reset for my WoW account which was sent to the email I use for my battle.net account, yet it is still not merged with it... I tried calling Blizzard, but the forty minute wait time just didn't work out... I sent them an email, but in the mean time...

Any ideas? Suggestions? Words of good faith? Jokes I've never heard before?

Send them this way...

With proper account verification, Rubixcubed, you are able to recover your account. As others have mentioned, the account was more than likely compromised and merged.

In order to recover the account you will need to contact our billing and account services team by phone. While you won't be asked to verify the battle.net account, you will need to fully verify your World of Warcraft account. If possible have your retail World of Warcraft CD keys ready.

Also, while I am waiting for Blizz to pick up the phone, is there any way online I can see what battle.net account my World of Warcraft account is merged with?
Unfortunately no and as Robbieray mentioned, you are not required to know it.

Also look into investing in an Authenticator.
Great advice, Deathbreeze.
