I have emailed both [email protected] and used the online form at battle.net but have not heard back from them yet. Not even a confirmation that my email was received.
I have a new phone and I need to remove the old authenticator from my account and add the new one.
Also phone calls to the 800 number for account support is simply greeted with "our hold queue is full, thanks good bye" *click*
HELP!
