Blizzard, Mobile Authenticator Issues!

My droid phone died and I was not able to remove the old mobile authenticator from my phone.

I have emailed both [email protected] and used the online form at battle.net but have not heard back from them yet. Not even a confirmation that my email was received.

I have a new phone and I need to remove the old authenticator from my account and add the new one.

Also phone calls to the 800 number for account support is simply greeted with "our hold queue is full, thanks good bye" *click*

HELP!

Account Services is experiencing a high volume of calls at the moment, Rajook, however I do not show the account you are posting on has an authenticator nor did we receive an email from this account.

If you are referring to another account, could you please provide me a character name and realm on the account in question?

Almost 2 hours (lots of calling back in to get in the queue) I was able to talk to someone at Blizzard and I now have my account back.
