Harasment Clam (Blue Help pls)

Hi Blizz,

Just a quick post in the hope that you do take Harassment clams seriously as a guildie and also my self have been targeted by a character in game by the name of <removed>, frankly I don't care who he/she is or what their problem but after about a month of this going on it's starting to distress the both of us.

I'm not sure how we are meant go about this clam but due to the latest patch our tickets are in cue with so many other players so I (and my guildie) would like if possible a resolution to our duel problem with this individual.
