I just have to say the customer service was less then perfect today! I called in because I couldnt log into account and they claimed it was my pc messing up. come to find out I was hacked and all my stuff and guild stuff was gone! called again they told me to not call next time! wasted like 6 hours of my life figuring this out. I will say on a positive note they got my gear back real fast, other then that tho it was bad! The authenticators are a joke! worst 6 bucks I ever spent! The least they could have done was given some compensation for my time, but nope! request denied! sorry Blizzard but I am deeply disappointed in you today as a whole!
