Customer service was awful today!

Have you found the malware that allowed this to happen? That's vital or it WILL happen again.
This is a very specific type of attack and the authenticator is fine, this just goes around it. Sounds like you couldn't log in - that would be when they got your information, you actually were connecting to them, not us.
That type of attack is rare, it's also very hard to pull off as it has to be done in real-time.
Did you perhaps download some addons recently? We often find this sort of thing hidden in supposed addons downloaded from fake look-alike sites that have sponsored links.
