Help i picked the wrong one

Im currently on hold with blizz, but im hoping theres hope.

I ordered what i thought was a race change and got the other one, that lets you just change the look and name. Not what i want. I have NOT changed anything i only logged in to check it out and then realized i chose wrong.

is there hope blizz can help me ? i dont want to wait 30 days lol because of a stupid mistake.

If you are currently on hold with Account services, then they are the correct people to talk to about this. They should be able to help you in resolving this issue, they will get to you as soon as they can.
