Guild Bank Frozen? - Blue Tracker

Greetings,

I recently petitioned to have leadership of my guild transferred to my character, as our leader has been absent several months. My request was granted and the ticket resolved.

Now it has been discovered that nobody within the guild can withdraw, deposit or move items in the guild bank. Was this caused by my request? How can we get this resolved?

Suggestions?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
