I had a friend who violated the TOU's on one account and had all of his accounts banned for doing so. I didn't think that this was normal blizzard practice and am wondering if that is possible? So if even the most severe infractions can cause all the accounts in a players name to be banned or just those which were involved?

While not the norm, it would depend entirely on the infraction.

We really cannot discuss another's players account with a 3rd party. If he wishes to appeal any type of account action, he needs to contact Account Administration at [email protected].
