Landro's Loot

I've had his loot in my bags for a few weeks now and can't open it. Ive tried all sorts of things. This and that.. I ticketed a GM, got through to one and he/she said it was on there end and not mine, nothing i can do as a player will change that and that i will be recieving one via ingame mail that will work. Didnt really feel like pulling another ticket, wasnt trying to upset anyone. Just a little curious if everything is going ok?
