Fraction Changing : Problem?

Ok, I bought the fraction change.
I want to change my male
Blood elf hunter into a Female Nigh elf
hunter. So I bought the fraction change.

Entered all my info yata yata yata...
entered pin and all that

But when i hit submit it logged me out.
When I go to Transactions it says i bought
no new transaction. Does this mean i wasted
$30 + ( Canadian ) on nothing?

Or does it just mean i have to try it
simply again, and make sure It doesn't
log me off?

I used Visa, just for you know.
I dont know if thats just for visa or
if its for all to log you off after you
purchased the fraction change or
if it just simply didnt work and I have
to retry.

This is my first time fraction change
so im pretty worried that I spent $30+
on nothing and i lost it. I hope i didn't
and I'd love to make it how i wish.

Please, if you do know the answer do
reply to me. would be very appreciated
