Free character transfer problem

I've been trying to transfer this character over from Shandris to Dentarg. I've tried to do it between 5-6 times, but on the transfer status screen, it keeps saying "error" under status. I try again and the same thing happens.

If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it.
