Charater deletion

I started playing recently after a lonnng pause only to discover that either one of my buddies or my brother had deleted several of my characters around when I stopped playing some time ago. I have a new password and should be safe from any shenanigans now, but I was wondering if it was possible to restore these characters and how I would do this. There were 3 80's and a 70 something on Magtheridon. Can this be done?

Any realm is fine, just be sure to provide the name and realm of the character you are looking to get restored, Nith. Also any defining features that may be able to help pick them out of other possible deleted characters-level, race, or class.
