Is it effective to report the accounts that whisper me as Blizzard that say i have to go a specific site to fix a problem with my account as spam? Is the response quick enough so they are not tricking the more gullible players? Would it be better to open a GM ticket?
Report Spam is the ideal method to deal with these, and yes, the response is usually very quick, typically far faster than a petition could be answered.
