Ineligible?

I logged in to do a race change and on the first try I used the wrong card... Then when I found the right card and came back it took me that character was ineligible... I guess I would like to know what happened and what I might be able to do.

From what I was able to determine, Shocklock, there was an error processing the payment for the Race Change.

You should be able to either complete the Race Change by entering a new payment method or canceling the Race Change altogether by visiting the Race Change Transactions Page:
