Redundant GM, could someone else help?

I faction changed a week before the arena rewards-

My old 3s partners from alliance both got titles...

I didn't get anything because I faction changed.

Anyway, I opened a ticket and asked if anything could be looked at so I could receive my title--

The GM gave me hope! Told me they could look back! I wait for a couple minutes for them to say : You didn't meet the requirements to play in at least 20% of the matches : Then they gave me some ballpark numbers that pretty much seemed like they guessed from what they're seeing without doing any math or calculations.

Could another GM look into this and tell me what he issue is? Thanks!

I'm terribly sorry this was not something you understood, Ossin. This has been this way since the inception of the Arena system. You need to be on that team not only when the season ends, but until awards are granted - which is typically just a bit after the season is finished.

That is why there are those warnings on things like faction changes.

Don't quit the team and don't do ANYTHING that would remove you from it - like transfers, until the awards are granted.
