Free Character Migration Error

There is a free transfer from Area 52 to Dentarg. Ive transferred 2 of my characters succesfully, but when i get to my 2 main characters, my 80 rogue, and 64 mage, i hit the move button, but when i hit the check status it says, Error, please cancel and try again.

Ive tried multiple times, but I get the error everytime.

Any help?, solutions, etc...?

Are they in Arena teams, or have mail in their inbox?

Those are the two chief causes of that type of error.
