When I go into Account Management and open the account cancellation page, something seems to be wonky.
I select the options from the drop down menus, fill out the Additional Comments box, click the 'Yes, Cancel It' button, and it simply reloads the page. It brings me back to the Cancel Subsctiption page. No error messages, no nothing, just the same page.
I went back to make sure it wasn't a mistake, but it still shows my account as an active, recurring subscription. I've tried this on Firefox and Internet Explorer, same result with both.
I'm out of ideas.
