Unable to cancel subscription

Not sure if this is a known issue or not, but I can't seem to find anything documenting it.

When I go into Account Management and open the account cancellation page, something seems to be wonky.

I select the options from the drop down menus, fill out the Additional Comments box, click the 'Yes, Cancel It' button, and it simply reloads the page. It brings me back to the Cancel Subsctiption page. No error messages, no nothing, just the same page.

I went back to make sure it wasn't a mistake, but it still shows my account as an active, recurring subscription. I've tried this on Firefox and Internet Explorer, same result with both.

I'm out of ideas.

This is most likely - or, what browser are you using? Some of our forms are known to not play well with certain browsers, Chrome, Safari and IE8 are the most common ones to have issues.
