Ok, 2 days ago I made a post about asking how long it takes for Blizzard to send me an e-mail about my recovered account.

Please note that I sent in the request through the new B-Net account recovery...3 days ago..

When will I get this? A blue posted saying that it takes a couple of days...But really?

I haven't gotten a single e-mail from blizzard, regarding anything about my account.

A friend of mine who did this said its almost instant, he waited a couple hours and he got his account back....Why is mine taking so long?

This actually was processed, I think the issue at the moment is a compromised email and the fact they keep changing it back.

I'm going to make a leap here that the one it keeps getting changed to is not yours.

I'd recommend that you first, make absolutely certain your system is secure. Next, set up another totally unrelated email account and call into Billing for further assistance with this. It appeared the compromiser changed the email on the account and we did change it back - it was immediately changed back again.

If you still have malware on your system that is picking up this new information, there is very little that can keep them out, short of an authenticator. If they still have a means to access your information this WILL keep happening.
