Lost item no help from GM

So I mailed my heirlooms off of a toon I planned to delete. All items except the chest piece made it over. I put in a ticket and get told there's nothing that can be done. So due to some glitch or error I'm out an heirloom piece. So I have to ask blizzard are you trying to lose customers? Between the CoG wheel of Doom, constant DCs and new class mechanics on classes that weren't broken and now horrible customer service I really think you don't want to keep the business of long time customers.

If there are no records of the item being there, Rainwen, unfortunately there may not be anything our game masters can do.

Can you give me the name of the character that sent the items?
