Account is locked

Yesterday my friend got hacked but after contacting blizzard, he got his account / character restored. However, his account is still locked up and he tried to call / send e-mail to blizzard but got no response. It would be great if you can look in this issue please. I am posting on his behalf as he can not post on forums since account is locked. I am going to put his e-mail ID in here but going to edit it. You will still be able to see it :P
He would really appreciate, if you can give any response.

I'd recommend he call. Hopefully this can be done via the phone.

What we are awaiting is identification and confirmation that his system and email are secure. That part is vital to prevent this happening yet again.

It can be a bit challenging to get through on the phones at time, but that would likely be the quickest resolution to this for him. Looks like restorations have already been done, but before we unlock this we do need to know it is him (and not the compromiser) that we are dealing with - that is for his safety.

Actually, we cannot do this through a 3rd party at all - even on the phone. The account holder is the one that needs to contact us and supply that information.
