SO i log into Aggrammar and everything was going good. Then I noticed My latency starting to slowly climb topping out at 1975. I was like holy ouch. So I rebooted my modem and router. Logged in at 76 Latency. Couple minutes later it starts spiking back to 2k. Reboot computer and modem. Basically same thing. So I log for a bit and login later on Skywall to check my toons. Spent about an hour there and never went over 90 Latency.

So I jump over to Sen'Jin to respec my druid I havent played in a while and run a few tests. Never got over 90 Latency. log back into Aggrammar at 62 latency and slowly climbed to 5k. yea, 5000 latency. logged out went back to Senjin for 20 mins and never got over 85. Went back to aggrammar and was at 5k within 5 seconds.

WTH?

This could be a few things actually. Not all realms are housed in the same geographical locations. There could be an issue between you and one location - and not another.

Aggramar has also been having some issues lately. If it's latency, that's typically your connection or route to a realm. A traceroute can usually spot that sort of issue fairly fast.

Providing this isn't connected to realm issues, you might want to pursue connectivity concerns over in our tech forums. While that is pretty much out of our hands they may have some suggestions or tips.
