Still Awaiting reply from GM's

I submitted a ticket in reference to a glitch on the lich king fight that set me to the begining of the lich king fight while the rest of the group went on to get the title and acheivement I not only didnt get the acheivement or get to roll on loot, I didnt get the title for which i worked so hard for. I contacted a GM at which point he said that because he reveiwed his records and it showed in my raid ID that i defeated the lich king and didnt get the title or acheive that he would let his supervisors know that I should get it and they should get back to me. It has been 4 days and nothing, a response of just try again or we dont give back acheivements due to our system's glitches or bugs is unacceptable, please respond to me in game or via email irt this, for months I have been trying to down him and finally get it and not get credit is the ultimate disappointment. well if that is the case then i want to be refunded for the last month of service charges due to the fact that this has happened to me on heroic ten man anub barak twice and now the lich king and if it is stated in the toa that they cant retroactively award achv's, it is also a requirement that they provide a stable gaming system and experience free of bugs and glitches, in which they haven't maintained their end of the bargain. Hence they should give me my money back and not have to worry about my account anymore due to the fact that palying a gigantic amount of wow to get the satisfaction of killing the final boss, killing him and then not getting credit for it is a massive waste of time and effort. ty for the response tho i do appreciate it.
