Cant log on after restarts

website says realms are back up and running but yet i cant log on to my account. i can log on but it only brings me to characters creation.... not my characters.

So, if I am inferring correctly, your character list appears blank?

If you have an open slot on that server, you may try creating/deleting a level one. That can sometimes refresh that list. Otherwise, you will want to try a full Reset UI.
