Rolling Realm Restarts - 10/22/2010

We will be performing rolling restarts on all US Realms beginning at 05:00 AM PDT, October 22nd. Additionally, we will be performing rolling restarts on all Oceanic Realms beginning at 12:00 PM PDT, October 22nd. We anticipate that each realm will be down for no more than 15 minutes. The overall process will last approximately 1 hour.

Is this actually rolling restarts or are they taking ALL the realms offline for an hour like they have the last 2 "rolling restarts"?

That's the information I've been given, Olepi.

Please do keep in mind that one may be planned, and the other become necessary. That's not really something that can always be foreseen.
