You are correct, this isn't something that will take terribly long to actually do, the issue at the moment is the volume of petitions we have in queue and getting to your request.

Just leave that open and a Game Master will look into this for you just as soon as they can - may still be a few days.

How is informing you how old your petition is - especially in reference to current wait times you've already been informed of, inappropriate, Sean?
