Toons restored after hack?

My account was compromised late Wednesday and the person responsible went a step further than just deleting my gear and clearing out the bank, they even deleted all my toons. ALL of them. From lvl80 Shaman main to lvl 4 warrior. When I get my account back (taking forever bc I deleted the email with code long ago and security question was already changed) I just want to know, will I get all my toons back or just a couple?

We do our very best to get an account back into the same condition it was prior to a compromise.

That said, time does play a critical factor in restorations - time is an enemy of them. Promptly reported compromises typically have very good results.

If after your restoration you find anything that still seems amiss, please do let us know right away and we'll be happy to take another look. Most compromises are handled just fine in one pass - there are occasions where we may need to take another look.
