Q u o t e:
When I first created my world of warcraft account, i did not use my real name because I had never heard of Blizzard before and WoW was new to me and didnt want them to have my real name. After I got more into World of Warcraft, I made another WoW account with my real name. I played on this account on and off for awhle, and would like to transfer my toon from this battle.net account to my main one, but since I just used a bunch of random letters, it says I am unable too. I was wondering if there was a way to change the name i put on the account to my real name, and if i could what would i have to do?
Billing would be the only ones able to possibly correct your initial account's information - given sufficient documentation.
The only way to know if this is going to be possible, and if so - what is needed, would be to contact them.
