Any update on professions?

I still can't access my Inscription profession, at all. I know there have been numerous posts and supposed workarounds, but none of them helped.

I've tried /cast Inscription.
I've tried a full UI reset.
I've tried /cast Inscription after a full UI reset.

My "escalated" ticket has been sitting there for nearly a week with no apparent movement and I've found no update on the forums nor new workarounds that I haven't already tried and had fail.

Could you check this again next time you are on that character and see if it's shown up, Guojay.

This is a known issue, but there does seem to be more than one root cause, and more than one solution - some things work for some - and not others.

/cast Inscription is working for many, but if it is not for you - retraining may be another option for you. We've been seeing this more in the gathering skills, but it can sometimes impact Inscription as well.
