Vote to Kick

So, today I queued for a heroic as dps; after waiting a good 15 minutes for the queue to pop I finally get in. As soon as I load into the instance the assigned healer (a spriest) says "Imprettygood ur healing" implying he was not going to heal... I reply "no, im not" (the instance was (H) Pit of Saron, so i doubt i could have healed it had i wanted to as I hit 80 yesterday)

Shortly thereafter, I get kicked from the group, while in combat, within 2 minutes of entering the dungeon.... Whatever happened to the timers for kicking people from the beginning as well as the combat timer? I have kicked my share of people (with just cause), but i can honestly say there is really no reason to need to kick someone anywhere near that fast.

Perhaps role/spec locks should be implemented.... (If you queue for healer you should be forced into a healing spec, tank in tank spec, etc) and also not allow you to switch roles once in the dungeon and someone leaves/gets kicked, to try to prevent people from queuing as alternate roles for a faster queue time.

I find it pretty bull!%@# that I lose playtime because people are allowed to be douches with the lfd and kicking system... Why has it been changed from what it was before 4.0?

It still works the same way, Imprettygood.

Keep in mind of the following:
Q u o t e:
For players who frequently abandon groups or vote to kick other players, the Vote Kick option will be kept on a cooldown. This functionality will adjust itself as a player's behavior while using the Dungeon Finder changes.
In other words, not anyone can initiate the vote to kick at the start of the game.

In regards to it happening during combat, while the option can be initiated during combat, you should not get kicked while still engaging in battle.
