Ticket and Customer service failing thousands

I have had several toons sitting with "open tickets" right over their buffs for a week, Blizz is failing to meet the needs of its customers, remember blizz we are paying your bills!
When we do finally get an answer all the can say is "Sorry I cant do anything at this time" Or "Sadly nothing can be done" ...
When are you going to actually DO somthing to help us when we need help, somthing gets taken out of our bags or toons, or we have an issue or bug?
Come on Blizz Give us help, just dont sit there and tell us how sorry you are! SHOW ME!

I'm not sure how you though we 'failed', Lockete. I see 5 petitions in the last 9 days on the account you are posting under.

They are all about enchants, JC tokens - and the last one you abandoned.

I'm very sorry, but enchants just cannot be refunded. Some players did have some removed, that's addressed here.....

I can totally appreciate feeling frustrated with that answer, but I'm afraid it's the only one we have to supply, no matter how many petitions you open on the subject.

Some JC recipes were removed, that's just a simple content change. We are not reimbursing tokens for removed recipes - again, no matter how many petitions you open on the subject.

Ironically, the petition you abandoned IS one we'd have an answer for. Did your inability to inspect others sort itself out? If not, that should be helped by a full reset of your UI.
