Major Issue, Ticket still NOT answered....

So the other day i went to netherwing ledge to buy the rest of the mounts i don't currently have for my collection. Since i bought the remaining mounts anywhere in outlands i go no matter what zone, i'm instantly put on a Dragonmaw Nether Drake. If i mount a flyer or ground mount both instantly change into that mount as if im on the ledge. Not such a big issue, however, its auto mounting me every half a second regardless of what im doing. Even if im in combat it instantly mounts me on that mount making it virtually impossible to do so. To other players it looks as if i'm hacking in some sort of way because ive had people ask me how the hell i'm mounting mid combat. It's extremely annoying and very hard to play at this point as im working on old faction reps and mount collections... and i can't really do anything in outlands till this issue is fixed. Would love an answer since my ticket still has not been answered yet.....
