Ingame error no one is doing anything about.

"Alright, this pissed me off in game Gm's didn't do anything but sent me replies about tokens.

I did the hallows end dungeon yesterday got my Hallowsend bag.

Clicked on it and it had the headless horsemans mount.

I clicked on the mount and it dissapered then said I had nothing in the bag and it closed.

Checked my bags and the headless horsemans mount was not there.

Can you please fix this, and yes I also checked the mount summon pages.

Can you please fix my error, I won the mount and simply don't have it, it was in the pumpkin bag nuff said, Ingame Gms just tell me about frost badges no longer come in these bags and justice points do which is compltlely unreleated to what I stateded.

PLEASE FIX!!! Already enough problems with this game

As far as we can see, Zintniek, it appears you received a Sinister Squashling in your bag.
