i have lost patience....no answer to emails, no replies in forums, GM ticket no response, yes i am at wits end, done all tricks in the forums, still a no go. You wanna ignore me?...fine...Adding to the 1000+ you have already.

After doing a bit of research, the last petition I see that was opened and abandoned 36 days ago.

The last form of contact by email was sent today and it's in our in box still pending a response.

The last forum post I see from your account, is on our technical support forums.


    1) You have no answer to your email, sent via web forms because it was just sent today and it's still pending.
    2) No GM ticket response, I do not see one open recently regarding your issue.
    3) The forum post with no replies is a 46 page thread, with an issue that is currently being investigated.


I apologize if you feel ignored Aeowyne, but we are currently trying our best to address all the issues that are brought up to us. Unfortunately, we may not have an answer to all of them yet.
