Paid Chargeback, still cant log on toon? :(

I just payed 2 chargebacks I had filled against my Paladin and ive restarted WoW and everything but I am still getting a pop-up saying "You cannot log in untill the character update process you recently initiated is complete" and I paid it about an hour ago.
I checked on the account for you, Ãutchrudder, and it appears as though the characters have now been unlocked.
Please exit the game to your desktop, re-launch the game, and you should notice the characters are now playable.
