Is there an eta on a fix for this patch?

We have received multiple reports concerning issues with Patch 4.0.1.

I can assure you all we are working diligently to resolve these issues. It is for this reason we have the sticky Patch 4.0.1 - Issues and Updates (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=27188062708&sid=1) so players can be informed on the issues at hand. We will also post a workaround solution that temporarily resolves the issue before a more permanent fix can be implemented, if applicable.

Keep in mind as well that not all players participate in the PTR’s, and not all players will provide the feedback necessary for us to conduct further troubleshooting. While some players have no issues whatsoever, other players will report multiple problems. There are several variables that could contribute as to why this occurs. It is when the patch is released on a wider scale that issues that may have been overlooked on the PTR will come to fruition.

Your original post, Illumînatî, pertained specifically to patch related issues, not the Landro Gift Box. My apologies if I misunderstood.

The link I posted was only to address Patch 4.0.1 issues. All other bug related issues need to be posted on the Bug Report Forum where they can be investigated:
