I want this Removed removed, and I don't see a way to do it. How do I remove my CCN from the site?

This would be the answer to this response. The information that is stored there is for use specifically with the Blizzard Store.

After logging in at http://us.battle.net/ to your Account Management page, go to Settings, then My Payment Options and you should be able to delete any or all payment options you have associated with your Battle.net account.

No, as it would require them to verify the method of payment before anything was charged, usually by entering the CVC code on the back of the card or other related billing information.
