Issues

On the 18th I paid for my sons World of Warcraft account via Paypal. I was charged twice for the same transaction. I tried to recover this through blizzard. I get an email back that tells me I need to go through Paypal. Paypal says they can not recover the funds. Then seriously you need to credit that account because this is silly. I paid you 30.00 for one month of service I think not. I send emails and I get answers that are incorrect. I normally have great service from Blizzard. I do not understand why BILLING can not fix this. After all they are BIlling and that is who I emailed. I try to call but the waits are silly. I would have thought I could have got this resolved through email. Someone please tell me what to do because Blizzard Billing and Paypal are jerking me around. Sorry Blizzard it's the truth :( Normally great service but not this time.

My assumption here, Aztruella, is that we will collect funds for one payment and the second will be dropped automatically. Keep in mind that funds can take several days to be dropped. During this this time we would not be able to issue a refund as we have not collected any funds.

Can you give me the name and realm of a character on your son's account so that I may further look into this for you?
