Flagged for rename

Hello,
I just transferred a character from one server/account to another server/account. During this process I also chose to do a race change for the character. Unfortunately I performed the race & name change (name was already taken on this server) before I logged in for the first time. Now the game is tripping up telling me I have to rename my character again before I can log into game.
I saw Auryk was able to help someone with a similar issue and was hoping he (or another blue) would be able to help fix my issue. The character in question is named Holyhand.

Additionally, make sure you log in to the character before initiating a second paid service to prevent this from happening in the future.
